This summary explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. A more detailed policy will be published before the service moves out of its launch phase.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email, country), the information you enter into the family questionnaire, any documents or audio you upload, and the records our researchers retrieve on your behalf.

How we use it

Only to deliver the research service you have ordered, to communicate with you about your case, and to keep the secure digital archive available to you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Researchers and translators see only the information needed to complete your case. Hereditary priests in Haridwar see only the limited information needed to locate the relevant register.

Your rights

You can ask us to export, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the office.
